The workshops provided by Sew Into It equip students with valuable skills that foster sustainable garment consumption and support personal development.

Inspiration Board Workshop
The Sew Into It Inspiration Board workshop is a creative activity where students can add words, drawings, or images that represent hope, strength, and dreams for the future. The Inspiration Board serves as more than just art—it’s a reflection of resilience, mental wellness, and the power of shared experiences. By coming together to create, participants will leave with a collective reminder that healing and happiness are built through support, creativity, and connection.
